SOMETIMES, WE NEED TO THINK OUT OF THE BOX

We all know that the COVID-19 pandemic has had huge impacts on every industry. The real estate industry is no exception.

The vacant rate of rental properties in the market is visibly higher that the past. We witnessed the disappearance of many industries and the bankrupting of many companies.

Under the strike of unprecedented disasters, sometimes we should re-consider the way we live and work. We just need to think out of the box.

Since June, Elite has been trying lots of new ideas, seeking for ways to thrive in the current market. One of our sales consultants, David Ye, decided to assist our rental team in getting more rental enquiries and tenants. He successfully helped lease 2 properties this month as well as continuing to sell houses as a sales consultant. He also kept an eye on potential rental opportunities when selling properties.

He posted a rental ad on Facebook marketplace and successfully received 48 enquiries in a week. His record is successfully leasing out a property in only three days.

The other sales consultants of ours are also doing the same thing in this difficult stage, Karsin Zhang has successfully helped lease nearly 10 properties and also gained a couple of new listing properties for sale in the last few months.

Elite is willing to think out of the box and innovate, that's the reason why we achieved great results even under the restriction of stage four. We won't let you down and we
